What changed?

direcionar.com.br was our original redirect service, but it only supported HTTP, there was no HTTPS what means no SSL certificate generation. There was also no human support available to help clients. redirect-301.com was built to solve exactly these problems: it provides secure HTTPS redirection with automatic SSL certificates powered by Let's Encrypt, plus real human support available through our WhatsApp group or by email.

What does this mean for you?

As a direcionar.com.br client, here is what you need to know:

Your current redirect configuration will continue to work until the service shutdown date.
To start your migration, you will need to create a subscription on redirect-301.com.
Your DNS records will need to be updated to point to the new service infrastructure.

Shutdown Timeline

The direcionar.com.br service will be shut down during 2026. To prepare clients for the transition, on the 1st, 10th, and 20th of each month the service will be taken offline starting at 12:00 BRT, beginning with 1 hour of downtime and increasing by 30 minutes each month. The final permanent shutdown is scheduled for December 1, 2026. If a scheduled date falls on a weekend, the downtime will be moved to the following Monday. We strongly recommend migrating as soon as possible to avoid interruptions.
